The purpose of the project is creation of an enterprise producing, selling and modernizing underbonnet fuel activator for diesel and petrol engines. An industrial prototype is developed, patented, tested and produced by us, it is set directly on internal-combustion engine for the change of fuel properties in a nonchemical way. It gives an economy up to 5%, deletes condensate from the tank and clears the fuel system and declines harmful emissions for 50-70%. We offer attachments for the fuel pistols of the petrol stations. Technology, patent, product samples, constructions with the improved descriptions are available. Exceptional features are: simplicity, low cost price, unification of elements, high quality fuel processing at minimum equipment and power expenses. Underbonnet fuel activators differs by small sizes, paltry energy output, high productivity, non-chemical method of fuel processing, long period of exploitation and absence of junk catalysts.

One of many variants of use is utilization of exhaust tires. The uniqueness of the idea is the Russian analogue is the only one in the world bought fully and is in the process of equipment patenting. Ukrainian scientific group can create such a machine for destruction based on similar (but not identical) principles of work, with a cost price several times lower.

It is planned by the project to organize an integrated structure on rape growing and processing and getting highmarketable products — biodiesel, glycerin, rapewaste. Project power of biodiesel producing factory is 10,0 thousand tons per year (27 tons per day). Within the framework of the project realization three major constituents are formed: secured rape growing, revision and storage, processing. Distance radius from the point of storage and processing is 50-70 km, that provides the timely transportation of raw material, continuous production process. The planted area 10,0 thousands hectare per year. The productivity in the given region is 3,5 t/hectare.
The products of the given production are biodiesel fuel, expensive glycerin, widely used in pharmaceutical and paintwork industries, rapewaste is a valuable highly protein fodder. The enterprise possesses wasteless technology of biodiesel fuel production.

Reconstruction of KVHM boilers of (ТP-100) in order to increase of their productivity and to decline the electric power expenses for on own needs

It is forseen by the project to development to model project of untraditional reconstruction KVHM boilers (ТP-100 and others). On the first stage the inexpensive reconstruction of fan highway of the boiler without ventilators and flue replacement is developed. Visual diagnostics of the airways exposes the high resistance areas. Resistances are diminished by special insertions.
During the period of the KVHM-50 boiler repair (Il'ichevsk) the untraditional reconstruction of the air highway is executed. Thermal power of the boiler is increased from 40 Mvt to 52 Mvt without ventilators replacement, only due to diminishing of some separate elements of running parts resistances. Electric power expenses for the ventilators work is diminished for 55 % as compared to the required expenses at the traditional planning.

Short description of the project:
It is planned to create a production enterprise (factory) for the industrial production of turbostations for installation at the gas-distributing stations (GDS) and gas-distributing points (GDP) with the purpose of diminishing or complete exception of energy consumption from the external electric systems, and also turboheaters as sources of heat for heating of GDS and GDP apartments, heating of pressure regulators. Application of turbostations (TS) and turboheaters (ТН) is a resource-saving technology, based on the use of potential energy of gas surplus pressure in gas-transport networks. The use of electric power and heat, produced by ТS and ТН, partiallly or fully allows to give up the centralized power supply of the gas-distributing stations and points, building of boiler rooms.
Purpose — to become the largest producer and supplier of this equipment in Ukraine and in the CIS, to create a regional network, to go out to the distant foreign markets within 5 years.

Application of fuel economy technologies on the railways of Ukraine

It is foreseen by the project to create a branch-wise research laboratory with the purpose of application of fuel economy technologies on all of roads of Ukrainian Railways. Twosectional diesel engine 2TE116 in freight and passenger motion works on the lowered power for a considerable part of time, at this time loading goes down on both sections simultaneously. At a deloading the rate of fuel use is increased. According to the invention the electronic circuit of diesel engine sections management changes so that on the easy areas of way one section of the diesel engine is transferred in the mode of idling, and other is additionally loaded to the nominal loading or similar. It results in diminishing of diesel fuel expense for ( 5...7)% . The change of the electronic circuit of one diesel engine sections management is made by forces of locomotive depot workers during 1-2 shifts, the cost of materials and wares for one diesel engine is (5…6) thousand UAH, term of charges recoupment is 0,5 month.

The initiator of project offered a complex approach to the housing problem solving in regional cities, where the habitation price is high enough, and the demand for habitation is great. Business-idea consists in the reconstruction of 4- and 5-floor dwelling-houses with the increase of the floors to 9 or 10 without lodgers resettlement. Major repairs with the replacement of networks of water- and heat supply, sewage system, energy supply are executed on the existent floors. Together with major repairs the building of new facade and elevators device is made.
The special technologies for the reconstruction of dwelling-houses with the increase of floor-number are developed. Projects are developed by the domestic research institutes. The concrete samples of the objects after their reconstruction are being developed at the moment. During 2005-2006 5 houses were reconstructed according to this technology. The exceptional feature of this project is relative simplicity of its realization, meanwhile all the participants of the project get an enormous economic and social effect.

The energy inputs for the production of 1 m2 of the wall are once or twice lower than at a production from a cellular concrete and dozen times lower than at the production of bricks and ceramic blocks. As a result of the project realization the productive capacities for 40 thousands m3 of ready products per a year will be put into operation. They are provided with raw material supplying for a long term, located near the local source of raw materials and provided with a working personnel. Grease realizes the effect of antiwear friction and provides the 1,8 times increase of loading ability of bearings, 2,5-3 times increase of longevity of bearings and 3 to 35 times economy of lubricating materials. According to the basic physical and chemical and plant-performance figure it excels the best foreign and domestic greases. There are: TP and ТР; acts, including State tests in different branches of industry and conclusion of the leading CIS branch-wise institutes. Greasing was produced and used in the mass production of electrovibrators.

It is foreseen by the project to create a high-efficiency System cleaning the effluent gases from the nitrogen oxides at the production of weak aquafortis and production of the equipment of pulverizing type or Venturi pipes, electric contact bit chambers, selection of electric equipment.
Existent technology of catalytic renewal of nitrogen oxides results in the non-productive expenses of methane or ammonia for destruction of nitrogen oxides to molecular level.
The offered technology is based on the electro-catalytic processes of radicals synthesis and assimilation of radicals by nitrogen oxides with getting nitrate, nitrite-ions with the destruction of the last to molecular nitrogen. It is planned to use the purge gases of synthetic ammonia production and electric contact technology of radicals synthesis for cleaning. The process of nitrogen oxides absorption is carried out in the bulks above the top plate of the absorption tower.

It is foreseen by the project to create the system of delicate cleaning coke oven gas from nitrogen oxide (II) at the production of the synthetic ammonia.
At the modern enterprises of chemical industry two-phasic cleaning system is used for delicate cleaning, which includes in itself oxidization in hollow equipment on the first stage and catalytic renewal on ruthenic or platinum-ruthenic catalysts. This technology is bulky, ineffective and expensive because of the necessity of catalyst frequent replacement.
The offered system of cleaning uses the electro-catalytic methods of synthesis of ecologically clean reagents, which uses coke gas or purge gases of synthetic ammonia production as raw material. The atmospheric emissions of toxic compounds of by-product-coking industry go down. The system of cleaning of coke gas is simplified, the level of cleaning rises (the concentration of nitrogen oxide (II) does not exceed 0,02 mgs/m3), the amount of waste diminishes, the prime cleaning price reduces 2-4 times.

It is foreseen by the project to create an enterprise on prepackaging and packaging of spicery and spice mixtures into an exclusive triangular wrapping and their further selling at retail for a mass consumption. Products possess the followings properties, advantageously distinguishing them from the products of other producers: good quality of raw material, singularity of a packing form, its functionality and convenient choice of product by the color of a package. The packing form is patented, there is the registered trade mark. For the time being the project is almost ready for starting: an automatic filling machine is made by individual request, contacts with primary producers and package-makers are maintained, exclusive recipes of spice mixtures are developed (21 varieties of products are planned for production on the first stage), a strategy of sales and marketing strategy are developed etc.
